By accessing this website, registering an account, enrolling in any course or mentorship plan, or making any payment through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About CSS Corner
CSS Corner is an educational platform and coaching institute offering CSS examination preparation support, mentorship, workshops, test preparation assistance, and related academic services for students and aspirants in Karachi, Pakistan.
CSS Corner may offer physical, online, recorded, hybrid, or mentorship-based learning services, including but not limited to classroom sessions, workshops, mock exams, evaluations, writing practice, study plans, and one-to-one guidance.
2. Eligibility
You may use this website and purchase services only if:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and
- the information you provide during registration, checkout, or contact is true, complete, and accurate.
If a student is under 18 years of age, registration or payment should be made by a parent or lawful guardian.
3. Student Registration and User Accounts
To access certain services, you may be required to register as a student and create an account. You agree:
- to provide accurate and updated information;
- to keep your login credentials confidential;
- not to share your account with others; and
- to remain responsible for all activity under your account.
CSS Corner reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that contains false information, unauthorized use, abusive conduct, or any activity that may harm the platform, other students, faculty, or the institute.
4. Nature of Services
CSS Corner provides educational support services only. Enrollment in any course, mentorship plan, or workshop does not guarantee:
- success in any examination;
- a specific score, rank, interview result, or allocation;
- admission, employment, or selection in any government or private institution.
Student performance depends on individual effort, attendance, preparation, academic background, and external examination factors.
5. Courses, Mentorship Plans, and Pricing
All course offerings, mentorship plans, features, fees, schedules, faculty assignment, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
CSS Corner may offer packages such as starter, mentorship-focused, and premium one-to-one plans, along with any other academic products, workshops, or test-preparation services published on the website from time to time.
The fee displayed on the website at the time of checkout shall be treated as the applicable fee for that order unless there is an obvious technical or pricing error.
6. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on the website, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- the payment details submitted by you are valid and correct;
- you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable charges; and
- the purchase is made for lawful and genuine educational use.
Payments made through the website shall be processed through authorized banking channels and payment gateway partners. CSS Corner does not store full debit card or credit card details on its own servers unless expressly stated and secured in accordance with applicable legal and technical standards.
CSS Corner reserves the right to:
- accept or reject any order;
- cancel orders affected by technical error, payment failure, suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate transaction, or compliance concerns;

7. Payment Confirmation
A transaction shall be treated as complete only when:
- payment is successfully authorized and received through the payment gateway or banking channel; and
- the student receives confirmation by website notification, dashboard update, email, message, or institute acknowledgment.
If payment is deducted but confirmation is not received, the user should contact CSS Corner with proof of transaction for verification.
8. Refund, Cancellation, and Non-Refundable Policy
Because educational seats, mentorship capacity, digital access, faculty time, and administrative processing are reserved upon registration, fees are generally non-refundable, except in the limited situations mentioned below.
Refund may be considered only if:
- payment was charged more than once for the same order;
- payment was received but the relevant enrollment was not created due to a verified technical failure;
- CSS Corner is unable to provide the paid service for operational reasons and no alternative, rescheduling, or credit is offered.
Refund will normally not be issued where:
- the student changes their mind after purchase;
- the student fails to attend classes, mentorship calls, workshops, or evaluations;
- access is denied due to misconduct or violation of policy;
- the student is dissatisfied for personal reasons after services have commenced;
- delay or inconvenience occurs due to internet issues, device issues, third-party platform issues, examination changes, or circumstances outside CSS Corner’s reasonable control.
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed back to the original payment source within the standard banking timeline, subject to payment partner and bank processing times.
CSS Corner may, at its sole discretion, provide transfer, deferment, rescheduling, replacement batch access, or fee adjustment instead of cash refund where appropriate.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users agree not to initiate a false or unjustified chargeback. In case of a payment dispute, the user must first contact CSS Corner and provide relevant transaction details.
If a chargeback is raised without valid grounds after services have been reserved, started, delivered, or access has been granted, CSS Corner reserves the right to:
- suspend the student account;
- deny further access to classes, content, or mentorship;
- submit transaction and enrollment records to the bank or payment provider;
- recover any applicable administrative, banking, or dispute-related costs where legally permissible.
10. Delivery of Services
Educational services may be delivered through one or more of the following:
- on-campus classes;
- online live sessions;
- recorded sessions;
- mentorship calls;
- dashboards or member areas;
- email, WhatsApp, phone, or other communication methods;
- workshops, mock exams, assessments, or printed/digital material.
CSS Corner may modify class schedules, faculty allocation, timing, session mode, venue, structure, or delivery method where reasonably necessary for academic or operational reasons.
11. Campus / Venue Changes
CSS Corner may conduct classes, sessions, or events at one or more campuses, centers, partner venues, or online platforms. Venue allocation, classroom assignment, and operational logistics may change as needed. Students are responsible for following the latest communication issued by CSS Corner regarding timing and venue.
12. Student Conduct
All students and users agree to maintain respectful and lawful conduct. The following are strictly prohibited:
- abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior;
- cheating, impersonation, or academic dishonesty;
- recording, reproducing, or distributing lectures without written permission;
- unauthorized sharing of paid material, mentorship resources, dashboards, or study plans;
- misuse of institute name, logos, staff identity, or student communities;
- conduct that harms faculty, staff, students, systems, reputation, or operations.
CSS Corner may suspend or permanently remove any student or user engaged in misconduct, without refund where applicable.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, course content, mentorship materials, notes, lectures, assignments, mock papers, study plans, videos, branding, logos, graphics, and related materials are the intellectual property of CSS Corner or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, published, distributed, sold, sublicensed, recorded, or shared in any form without prior written permission from CSS Corner.
Any permitted access is for personal educational use only and does not transfer ownership or commercial rights.
14. Reviews, Testimonials, and User Content
If you submit a review, comment, testimonial, assignment, message, photo, or other content to CSS Corner, you confirm that:

21. Indemnity
